Let's defend the Truth

A)  The text of the speech by J.M.Bergoglio:

“During the recent proceedings of the Synod on the family, there emerged strong expectations for an increased celerity and efficaciousness in procedures for the declaration of marriage nullity. Indeed, many faithful suffer on account of the end of their marriages and are often burdened by the doubt as to whether or not the marriage was ever valid. These individuals wonder if there were something in the intention or in the facts to impede the effective realization of the sacrament. Yet these faithful have in many cases encountered difficulty in accessing the ecclesiastical juridical structures and have signaled the need for the process to be simplified.
Love and mercy, beyond being a reflection of experience, urge the Church to move closer to these individuals who are also her children, and she has thus heard their legitimate desire for justice. Last 15 August, the documents Mitis Iudex Dominus Iesus and Mitis et Misericors Iesus were promulgated. They were the fruit of the special commission established on 27 August 2014: nearly a year of work. These developments have an eminently pastoral objective: to demonstrate the Church’s concern for those faithful who await a swift assessment of their respective marital situations. In particular, the standard of double conforming sentences has been abolished and the so-called rapid process has been enacted, placing the role of the diocesan Bishop, or Eparch in the case of Eastern Churches, front and centre as judge of the cause. The role of the Bishop or Eparch in the matter of marriage [nullity] has recently been emphasized. Indeed, apart from verification through the administrative track — rato et non consumato — the Bishop once again has the main responsibility of the judicial track that concerns the validity of the bond.
It is important that the new norms be adopted and further developed, in merit and in spirit, especially by those working in ecclesiastical Tribunals, in order to render the service of justice and love to families. For many people who have experience an unhappy marriage, verification of the presence or lack of validity of the bond represents an important possibility. And these people must be helped along this road in the swiftest manner….. The Church is mother and seeks to show to all the face of God faithful to his love, merciful and always able to renew the gift of strength and hope. What also remains close to our heart regarding separated individuals living in new unions is their participation in the ecclesial community” (Address to participants in the course promoted by the Tribunal of the Roman Rota – Paul VI Audience Hall – Saturday, 12 March 2016)

“Some Pharisees approached him, and to put him to the test they said, ‘Is it against the Law for a man to divorce his wife on any pretext whatever?’ He answered, ‘Have you not read that the Creator from the beginning made them male and female  and that he said: This is why a man leaves his father and mother and becomes attached to his wife, and the two become one flesh? They are no longer two, therefore, but one flesh. So then, what God has united, human beings must not divide.’ They said to him, ‘Then why did Moses command that a writ of dismissal should be given in cases of divorce?’ He said to them, ‘It was because you were so hard-hearted, that Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but it was not like this from the beginning. Now I say this to you: anyone who divorces his wife — I am not speaking of an illicit marriage — and marries another, is guilty of adultery’” (Mat 19:3-9)

C) Comment:

Following the spread of propaganda videos about the family, that manifests Bergoglio’s hypocrisy and his inconsistency, here Bergoglio shows with facts (that erase and go beyond the empty words of the video) his true intentions aimed to destroy the family.

During the speech made to the participants in the course promoted by the Tribunal of the Roman Rota (the Vatican body in charge of judging the cases of nullity of Christian marriage), Bergoglio explains and manifests the meaning and the scope of his new law (the sadly famous motu proprio regarding the family) which leads to the cancellation of the indissolubility of marriage.

Beyond the words to outline the new rules (words, words, empty words that would have make believe the unwary that such measures are actually acts of charity, mercy and justice to go towards the separated or divorced Christians), in fact Bergoglio gives the final blow to the Family that is one and indissoluble as created by God the Father and governed by Jesus.

Bergoglio’s motu proprio that cancels the indissolubility of marriage, is signed on the day of the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary (15^th August 2015) and its implementation become law on the day of the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception (8^th December, 2015), day in which, to celebrate the event, Bergoglio and the other kings of the Apocalypse have promoted the “Feast of the Beasts”, projecting their images on the facade of the Vatican Basilica. Instead of honoring Mary the Immaculate, She who is Mother, Mother of the Universal Church and the Domestic Church (represented by the Family), Bergoglio with the launch of his new law destroys the true family and honors the image of the Beasts, projected on the Vatican basilica.

The children of Mary will always react to this mess and to this mockery. It will not be the children of Mary having to stand back. Iniquity will have to bow to the name of Mary and to worship at the presence of Her Immaculate Heart, at the presence of the Her that with Her Holy Heel crushed, crushes and will crush the evil one and all his children, animated by his same spirit.

In the light of the new law, the “motu proprio” regarding the family, one wonders: what spirit animates Bergoglio? An anti‑Christic spirit.

The Spirit of Christ unites. The anti‑Christic spirit divides.

The Spirit of the evil one, the one who divides, does not seek to unite, consolidate and win marital difficulties, but strives to divide, facilitate and accelerate the separation of what God, in Jesus, His Son, has indissolubly joined and that no man can dare to separate using the name of God!

Those who possess the Spirit of Christ will tie or untie, in Heaven and on Earth. Those who will have the presumption to dissolve or tie but will not possess the Spirit of Christ, won’t tie or untie anything. The bond will remain in Heaven and confusion will reign on the Earth.

The anti‑Christic spirit animated Bergoglio in preparing his motu proprio called Mitis iudex Dominus Iesus, which is based on summary of principles that facilitate and accelerate the canonical process in order to achieve the declaration of nullity of marriage in a climate of confusion, disorder and anarchy. The following news of Bergoglio are an example:

1. “A single sentence in favor of the executive nullity“. – There will not be a second level of jurisdiction, in order to be more certain (before dissolving what in the name of God has been united, prudence should be at the most), but everything will be faster and easier.
2. “The Bishop himself is judge“. The Bishop will have to directly and personally judge, “especially in the shortest process, which is determined to resolve more evident cases of nullity“, says Bergoglio. In this way, each bishop will act independently and this will create confusion and disorder and, in fact, will result in the loss of the uniqueness of the rule, which can be applied in some dioceses in a way, and differently in others. So the good according to one’s conscience will be effective and confusion will reign supreme.
3. “The shorter process“. Bergoglio lists a number of cases where the short process can be celebrated, in order to cancel marriage more quickly and without too much discussing”. In fact, in addition to making the marriage process easier, a form of shorter process has been designed….. to be applied in cases where the requested nullity of marriage is supported by most evident arguments”, as Bergoglio clarified. And what are the “most evident arguments“? The only case of “concubinage”, established by Jesus (Mt 19), as the only exception to the indissolubility of marriage? Far from it! Bergoglio is against Jesus.

Bergoglio distorts and destroys the rule of Jesus.

Bergoglio destroys the rule wanting to make believe that in fact he is applying it with “charity, mercy and desire for justice“!

With his new law (article 14), Bergoglio crosses and passes the exception to marriage annulment dictated by Jesus and recounted in the Gospel. Bergoglio dictates in fact a new law contrary to that of Jesus, but wants to have one believe otherwise.

This new Bergoglio’s law in the field, textually reads: “Among the circumstances that may allow the handling of the case of nullity of marriage by means of shorter process according to cann. 1683-1687, for instance include: the lack of faith that can generate the simulation of consent or the error that determines the will, the brevity of married life, abortion to prevent procreation, the obstinate persistence in an extramarital affair at the time of the marriage or at a time immediately following, the fraudulent concealment of infertility or a serious contagious disease or children born from a previous relationship or of a imprisonment, the cause of marriage entirely foreign to married life or consisting of the unplanned pregnancy of a woman, inflicted physical violence to extort the consent, the lack of use of reason proven as from medical documents, etc”.

“Lack of faith” in the moment of saying “yes”? Annulment!

“Shortness of married life.” Being married for a short time and things did not go well? How Short? One day, a month, a year, ten years? We do not know and it is not important. For a dioceses bishop, “short” may mean one day, for another may mean ten years. Under the law, this norm is poorly worded; in the substance, the rule annihilates that of Jesus, that does not allow any form or period of cohabitation between the spouses. Annulment!

“Abortion to prevent procreation” during the marriage? In addition to a tragedy, the damage of a failed marriage: Annulment!

“The cause of the marriage is the unplanned pregnancy of the woman” (the so-called “shotgun wedding”, of who married to remedy an unplanned and unwanted pregnancy): Annulment!

“The cause of marriage entirely extraneous to married life” (could be the case of the so-called “marriage for interest”): Annulment!

The list, as mentioned, is long and the examples can be endless. In order to leave nothing to guess, to be sure that the examples brought forward by each bishop are according to their “conscience” and to be sure that everything can be cancelled, Bergoglio, as legislator, ends the list of cases in which to decree the matrimonial nullity using the expression “etc. etc.”, in defiance of both the human rights and, above all, to Christ and His will to not disunite what in the name of the Father one has wanted to join forever in the celebration of the marriage Alliance Pact.

With deceptive words, Bergoglio justifies his initiative masking it under the guise of a false love and a false mercy. And what are “charity, mercy and justice,” praised by Bergoglio?

Is the charity of Bergoglio divine or diabolic?

Is the mercy of Bergoglio divine or diabolical?

Is the justice of Bergoglio divine or diabolical?

A charity, a mercy or a justice that divides, leads away from the thought of God, the teachings of God, the Law of God, is not from God, but is the fruit of the spirit of the one who divides: the devil.

The Church of Christ, called to be His Bride, on the example of Mary is invited to embody the true and profound faith in every living member of His mystical body that, in condition of single or conjugate in God, must be manifested in the full respect of the will of the Father and of the promises made before the Lord that can never be put aside.

Mary is the true example of loyalty. Mary the Immaculate and Assumed to Heaven.

That of Bergoglio is not faithfulness to the Spirit of Christ. It is loyalty to the anti-Christ spirit that annihilates the law of Christ and that attacks Mary, She who defeated him and will defeat him. The same spirit that led Bergoglio to sign and implement the law to cancel the real marriage, right on the most important feast days of Christianity dedicated to Mary, Mother of the Universal Church, foundation of the Family, Domestic Church.

It’s a spirit opposed to God that manifests to destroy the plan of God on the Family and that suggests to Bergoglio to introduce a wide and undefined casuistic of exceptions (not dictated by God), for which marriages may be invalidated, thus contravening the rule of Christ on the indissolubility of the marriage bond.

In the courtyard of the Church of Bergoglio, animated by an anti-Christic spirit, the teachings of Christ are fought. In the courtyard of the Church of Christ, animated by the Spirit of Truth, who lives in Mary Faithful Bride, the New Jerusalem, Christ’s teachings are practiced in order to live and to live in Him who is.
