The washing of the feet that crucifies Jesus

A)  The text of the speech by J.M.Bergoglio:

Actions speak louder than images and words. Acts…. There are, in this Word of God that we have read, two acts: Jesus who serves, who washes feet…. He, who was the “master”, washes the feet of others, his [disciples], of the least. An act. The second act: Judas who goes to Jesus’ enemies, to those who do not want peace with Jesus, in order to take the money for which he betrayed Him, 30 pieces of silver. Two acts. Today too, here, there are two acts: this one, all of us, together: Muslims, Hindus, Catholics, Copts, Evangelicals, but brothers and sisters, children of the same God, who want to live in peace, integrated. An act. Three days ago, an act of war, of destruction in a European city, by people who do not want to live in peace. But behind that act, as behind Judas, there were others. Behind Judas were those who paid money for Jesus to be delivered. Behind “that” act [in Brussels] are weapons producers and traffickers who want blood, not peace; who want war, not brotherhood.
Two parallel acts: on the one hand, Jesus washes the feet, while Judas sells Jesus for money; and on the other hand, you, we, everyone together, different religions, different cultures, but children of the same Father, brothers and sisters, while those unfortunate ones buy weapons to destroy brotherhood. Today, at this moment, as I perform the same act as Jesus by washing the feet of you twelve, we are all engaged in the act of brotherhood, and we are all saying: “We are diverse, we are different, we have different cultures and religions, but we are brothers and sisters and we want to live in peace”. This is the act that I carry out with you. Each of us has a history on our shoulders, each of you has a history on your shoulders: so many crosses, so much pain, but also an open heart that wants brotherhood. Each one, in your own religious language, pray the Lord that this brotherhood infect the world, that there be no 30 pieces of silver to kill a brother, that there always be brotherhood and goodness. Let it be” (Celebration of the Lord’s Supper- Castelnuovo di Porto (Rome) – 24 March 2016)

B) References to Scriptures:

When he had washed their feet and put on his outer garments again he went back to the table. ‘Do you understand’, he said, ‘what I have done to you? You call me Master and Lord, and rightly; so I am. If I, then, the Lord and Master, have washed your feet, you must wash each other’s feet. I have given you an example so that you may copy what I have done to you. ‘In all truth I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, no messenger is greater than the one who sent him. ‘Now that you know this, blessed are you if you behave accordingly. I am not speaking about all of you: I know the ones I have chosen; but what scripture says must be fulfilled: ‘He who shares my table takes advantage of me. I tell you this now, before it happens, so that when it does happen you may believe that I am He. In all truth I tell you, whoever welcomes the one I send, welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me, welcomes the one who sent me‘” (Joh 13:12-20)

But to those who did accept him he gave power to become children of God, to those who believed in his name who were born not from human stock or human desire or human will but from God himself” (Joh 1:12-13)

C) Comment:

Bergoglio, in Castelnuovo di Porto (Rome), distorts the true meaning of Jesus’ gesture of the “washing of the feet” on the Holy Thursday Supper. “Gestures speak louder than words” says Bergoglio. In fact, Bergoglio empties this event of divinity that “the washing of the feet” embodies. Emptied of divinity, the “washing of the feet” becomes a gesture of pure humanity that Bergoglio uses to go against Christ: instead of converting people to Christ, Bergoglio encourages to pray God in their own way, not in the way wanted by God the Almighty Father, that sends Christ, His Son, so that all mankind be converted and believe in Him.

Bergoglio washes the feet of Muslims, women, Hindus and various Christians and says: “Each one, in their own religious language, pray the Lord so that this brotherhood spreads in the world“. But true brotherhood is only in Christ. This is established by the Father. True brotherhood is not obtained by praying and believing in what suits us or in what we think is right.

One is the Truth. Only in Christ there is salvation. Outside of Christ there is no salvation: if Muslims, if Hindus, if those who profess to be Christians do not convert to Christ and to the true Church of Christ (the one animated by the Holy Spirit, who proceeds from the Father and the Son) they will not be saved.

But Bergoglio blasphemes Christ and stands in opposition to the Plan of Salvation established by God the Father Almighty. Bergoglio speaks as heretic and manifests an anti‑christic spirit, contrary to the teachings of Jesus.

Bergoglio does not say that God’s children are only those who believe in Christ but says the opposite: “all of us, together, Muslims, Hindus, Catholics, Copts, evangelists but brothers, children of the same God“. Blasphemy! Heresy!

WHO DOES NOT BELIEVE IN CHRIST THE SON OF GOD, IS NOT A SON OF GOD!

THE TRUE SON‑SHIP IN GOD THE FATHER IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE THAT HIS SON, THE CHRIST, IS GOD!

THIS IS THE ESSENTIAL AND SUBSTANTIAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TRUE CHRISTIANS AND THOSE WHO BELIEVE OTHER “PHILOSOPHIES”, RESULT OF HUMAN THOUGHTS. ONE IS THE TRUE AND ONLY RELIGION: THE ONE REVEALED BY THE FATHER IN HIS SON, CHRIST, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD, THAT IS ANIMATED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.

The new meaning, human and emptied of divinity, attributed by Bergoglio to the “washing of the feet” annihilates the gesture of Jesus. Bergoglio in his gestures, crucifies and makes Jesus die again.

The Master washed the feet of His Apostles, to those who would have been the ministers of His rising Church, so that, remembering this gesture of deep humility, they would do the same in respect of all the sheep that the Good Shepherd would have entrusted them in the centuries.

Jesus doesn’t perform this gesture towards the first beggar encountered on the street; does not make this gesture towards those who believe in the old religion or another philosophy of life; does not carry out this gesture to Mary or to women.

Jesus performs this gesture towards His brethren who would become ministers of the rising Church, those who had decided to follow Him, and that they had recognized as the Christ, the Messiah, the Anointed One, the Man God, the Son of the living God.

The Apostle John in his Gospel writes: “So when He had washed their feet and put His outer garments back on, He sat down again and said to them: Do you know what I have done to you? You call me Master and Lord, and you say well, because I am. If therefore I, the Master and the Lord, have washed your feet, you also should to wash one another’s feet”. (Jn 13.12 to 14)

So Jesus did not wash the feet of poor foreigners, to marginalized, to beggars or to non-believers. Jesus washes the feet of His people, so that they can understand the scope of his gesture. “You call me Master and Lord, and you say well, because I am” Jesus says. But Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews do not call Jesus “Lord and Master”. They do not believe that Jesus is THE LORD; but many, among them, despise Him.

Here is the deception of the words of Bergoglio that is manifested in a deceitful and creeping manner, to distort the true teachings of Christ, diverting the understanding of the listener with speeches of pure propaganda as a true old politician, that has nothing of spiritual, as the speech in which he accuses arm dealers to be the instigators of the massacre of Brussels!

The heresy and blasphemy of Bergoglio are renewed and manifested, without shame or modesty, on Holy Thursday, in the most sacred and holy days for all those who live the true Christianity!

Bergoglio, in his new religion project, welcomes everyone, as long as they believe in him and in the one who sends him, not in Christ. Shouting “we are all children of the same God,” Bergoglio betrays the Plan of Salvation of the Father, just as Judas did, that instead of following the Holy Spirit that was in Christ, followed the spirit of Satan that entered him and took possession of him.

At the Last Supper Jesus warned His Friends: “I don’t speak of you all: I know who I have chosen; but the Scripture has to fulfilled: He that eateth the bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me. I’m telling you this right from now, before it happens, so that when it happens, you may believe that I am“. (Jn 13,17 to 19). Everything is recapitulated and everything is.

Jesus makes no mistake in calling. Jesus does not call so that the called betrays. Betrayal is not functional to the plan of salvation of the Father. But the betrayal is possible for the freedom granted by the Father, by virtue of which a man, a group of men, a whole system can adhere to the spirit of evil rather than remaining faithful to the Holy Spirit.

At the time when men remain loyal to the Covenant pact stipulated by the Father, this Covenant is eternal. At the time when not only a man but a group of men, a system of men, freely and voluntarily, adhere to the spirit of evil, God the Almighty Father breaks His Covenant, to stipulate and re-establish a new Covenant in Him whom He sends.

Jesus said at the conclusion of the “washing of the feet”: “Truly, truly, I say to you: whoever receives the one I send, receives me; and whoever welcomes me, welcomes the one who sent me (Jn 13,20).

The Father sends a part of Himself to the world, that is manifested in the Son, Christ, coming down from Heaven to save humanity. Christ, humble and obedient, embraces the Cross and let’s himself be swallowed from the dead to give true Life to all those children who, animated by good will, want to incarnate His example of Man to become saints and convert all nations to Him.

This is the example of true and holy humility, deep and total, that Jesus gives us at the Last Supper. Jesus gives Himself to His own, becoming Meat and Wine, New. So God, Almighty Father, through the Holy Spirit, establishes His New Covenant with His people; and in Christ, the living Bread that came down from heaven, re‑founds His Church, One, Holy, True, Universal.
